Reading Time: 2 minutes

Hi, everyone! Today I bring you an exciting (yet unbelievable) tag: the End of the Year Book Tag! Isn’t it crazy that we’re halfway into November? It feels like Christmas was just last month!

This time of year is my absolute FAVORITE, it always has been. There’s nothing more joyful to me than Christmas time, so even though it seems odd that yet another Christmas is coming up, I’m still super excited for the new year! Without further ado, let’s get into the questions…

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

A ton of them hahaha here’s a list:

  • And I Darken by Kiersten White
  • Hidden Bodies by Caroline Kepnes
  • Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas
  • Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
  • Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake

There might be more, but those are the ones I remember starting in 2017. I know, I’m the worst! I start books and then never finish them… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

Yup, Whichwood by Tahereh Mafi – well, at least it sounds like a very autumnal read!

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

The Young Queens by Kendare Blake, which is a prequel novella to the Three Dark Crowns series (although I still haven’t finished the first book…)

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

These aren’t in any particular order (full post about this coming up soon!):

  • Whichwood by Tahereh Mafi
  • Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas
  • The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

Mmmmmm I don’t think anything will top ACOMAF, but maybe one of the books mentioned above will surprise me, who knows?

Have you already started making reading plans for 2018?

Oh yeah, I’ve been making plans since like August hahaha I’m a big planner, if you couldn’t tell by my bullet journal posts 😋 I’ll be posting about my reading plans for 2018 soon!

I won’t tag anyone in particular to do this tag, but if you’d like to answer these questions, consider yourself tagged by me! Please don’t forget to mention me in the post so I can read it and leave a like 🙂

Thank you for reading,
I’ll see you in my next post ♡
